Can I make changes to an India tour?

We specialize in customized itineraries, and are very flexible to work within your requests, whether it is for a relaxing family trip or an exciting safari in search of tigers, for example. We can help you customize an India trip along the classic routes, as well as tailor a trip to fit your budget, personal pace, and other needs.

Is there any need to pay an advance amount?

Yes, when you finalize the booking with us, we would need a 10-25% of your total trip cost as advance amount to confirm the booking. The rest of the trip is paid only after we confirm your reservation, and your travel documents have been issued.

How can I make the payment?

Making payments is easy with us. You can pay by cash, cards, UPI, or bank transfer.

How much time will it take to get my trip itinerary after booking?

We start preparing your itinerary and hotel bookings after receiving the booking amount. You most probably get it within 24 to 48 hours,

How does your cancellation/modification policy work?

Since all tours are personalized, cancellation/modification policies will be dependent on the specific bookings of services and hotels for each tour. We make sure you know everything there is to know about these policies before we require any payment.

How does your customer support helps during my tour?

Amidst your entire journey, our travel counsellors will be available with you. Even after you arrive back in your home country, our support will be there. In case of any emergency m, our 24/7 travel support will always be there for you.

Are your guides and drivers properly licensed and safe?

Your safety is very important to us. All our tour guides are government-licensed and English speaking with a deep understanding of local history and culture. The tour guides are complemented by professionally driven vehicle fleets with a safe and secure driver and a full adherence to safety protocols.

Do your tour packages include airfare?

Domestic and international flights are not included in our tour packages. All of our tour packages include accommodations, breakfasts, and guided sightseeing and admission services. Of course, we can always provide a customized package that includes your flights.

When is the best time of year to visit India and especially Delhi and the Golden Triangle?

India is a wonderful destination at any time, but our recommendation is for October to March to see India. The weather in North India during this time of the year is ideal to visit the various monuments, take advantage of the numerous cultural activities, and enjoy the open air markets.
